Salads, Main Dish Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- ***DRESSING*** 2/3 cup Colavita extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup rice vinegar 1 tablespoon Joyva Sesame Tahini 1 teaspoon Eden Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds ***PASTA SALAD*** 4 ounces Eden Organic Soba Pasta Fresh tomato -- finely chopped 4 scallions -- minced Serves 4 Whisk together oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce and tahini. Add toasted sesame seeds. Cook noodles according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Add chopped tomatoes and scallions. Toss with dressing and serve.
