Guest guest Posted September 24, 2007 Report Share Posted September 24, 2007 Please help me find out exactly what my granddaughter needs in her diet as a vegetarian to stay healthy and continue to have strong bones, etc. She has just become a vegetarian in the past several months and I am concerned about protein, etc. Thanks.
