Guest guest
Our HFS just started carrying hemp milk so I bought some this week. It is very creamy, and I think it's a great toddler drink -- a 1 cup serving has 7g fat (4g omega 6, 1.2g omega3, and 1 monounsaturate), 5g fibre, and 20% of the dv of iron! It is soy-, lactose-, gluten- and nut-free. Cons -- It has a very distinct hemp taste, which may be a turn-off for some people. It has no fortification added to it either, so no b12, calcium etc. And, at least here, it's very expensive, about double the cost of many other milk alternatives.
