vacationing in the Czech Republic, Austria, & Hungary

Alas, we are taking a long awaited vacation (it has been six+ years

since the last real vacation) and are going to the Czech Republic,

Austria, & Hungary. Has anyone visited these areas? Any veggie advice

(we are vegetarian)? Activities to do w/ a toddler?
