Guest guest
I have been a member for some time and i think this may be one of my first posts. Lol. I'm looking for advice on how some of you keep things interesting. I work fulltime and go to school and have 4 finicky kids who aren't too giving when it comes to what they will eat. Does anyone else have issues like this? What do you do to keep the variety in their diets and still have them eating vegan? Thanks! Guest guest
I've just discovered homemade hot sauce. It's soooooo good! My kids like to dip things in it. I just put a can of diced tomatoes (I'm trying Rotel next time), a bit of chopped cilantro, diced onion, and as much jalapeno as your kids can handle, all in the blender and blend till it's mixed but still chunky. I actually can get my kids to eat a ton of stuff with the hot sauce. They don't want some things by themselves, but if they have hot sauce with it it's good. ??? Plus it's super good for them. drkngl707 <neobugg wrote: I have been a member for some time and i think this may be one of my first posts. Lol. Guest guest
In the summer we go to the farmer's market on saturday mornings. Letting kids pick out fruits and veggies is a great way to get them to eat them, and they love to talk to the farmers about farm life. drkngl707 <neobugg wrote: I have been a member for some time and i think this may be one of my first posts.
