Guest guest
Hi, My name is Mary. I do not post much, but I read most all posts. I have a question about soy. My son, now 2.5 y/o, has only had soy formula and milk. My husband drinks soy protein shakes. Should I be concerned? I tried to do some research online, but I am always skeptical of the source. I thought maybe some of you could be of some assistance. Should I limit soy? Would my husband be better off drinking whey protein shakes or soy protein shakes? We are vegetarian. We have not yet made the leap to veganism. Thank you in advance for all of your help.
Guest guest
I've fallen in love with my soymilk maker... I make milk from not only soybeans, but rice, kamut, spelt, quinoa, barley, and whatever else I find! Maybe you could try getting a soymilk maker and using other things. It pays itself off FAST!! I don't know anything about the soy protein things, but if it's just the protein and not whole soy I'd avoid it. Mary <jmkable wrote: Hi, My name is Mary.
