Reliable sources of B12

This is one of the reasons why we do take a B12

supplement. I'm not big on supplementing, but with

B12 it just makes sense to me...even though we eat

nutritional yeast and some fortified products. I've

mentioned before that my sister had a B12 deficiency

and I just don't mess around with it.
