Guest guest
Amusing tofu incident on an airline today. By way of background, there are still a few airlines in North America that serve " free " hot meals in economy class on domestic flights. One of them is First Air. (For you aviation buffs, this is in Northern Canada -- flight b/w Yellowknife and Inuvik on a combo cargo/passenger 737). Anyway, they announced our choices were " chicken, bison or vegetarian. " Which of course is nice to hear -- amazing they actually stock veg meals even for people who don't pre-order. Flight attendant was asking people " chicken or bison. " " Do you have the vegetarian? " I asked? " Yes ... but ... it's tofu, eh ... " That was the funny part by the way. At least I found it amusing -- like she was warning me. As if you'd ever get a warning " Uh ... that's meat " or " that has food colouring in it " or " that's not organic, eh " :) ~Paul
Guest guest
Maybe you should have selected the chicken and then, after taking a peek, shouted out, " Oh my God, there's a dead chicken in my bag!
