You really need to get a copy of the book, " the China Study " (or

Report) by T. Colin Campbell, PhD. It has the results of the best

evidence and study to date on the benefits of the vegan diet. He

basically considers all meat and dairy as carcinogens. You could quote

charts, graphs and data that shows the correlation between diet and

disease. Dr. Furlman's book " Disease Proof your Children " is good too.

 

Another reference is " Diet for a New America " by John Robbins. What I

like about his book is he details some of the sneeky techniques used by

the dairy and meat industries to manipulate the health organizations,

and what it taught in our schools.
