Guest guest
I've always liked " Super Baby Food " by Ruth Yaron. It's definately vegetarian, many other things are easily veganized (I also really liked that in the book she says babies do not need meat - and there is only a couple of pages that even say something like 'if you feel you must, here's some things' but it's not even a whole chapter or anything). There's charts of what to feed/intro and when, how to make your own cereals, yogurt, there are recipes in the back (we've used some of them for our whole family!) there are 'baby friendly' cleaners (basically vinegar/water/bakingsoda ) and recycling/reusing ideas in the back for so many things, too! Guest guest
How old is your baby? There is really nothing complicated about baby food. melissa <melpompa wrote: I am hoping someone can suggest a good vegetarian baby cook book I have one called simple natural food whichs is good but it only has a few great recipes. Guest guest
I use Blender Baby Food and So Easy Baby Food Kit: Make it Natural, Make It Fresh. Both of them work pretty well, although I am in the beginning stages so I don't really know how their combinations are. They are pretty veg friendly, although I think at least one of them does have some meat stuff in it, but it also recommends tofu. I like that they have beyond bananas and applesauce--avocados, tofu, kiwi, etc. melissa <melpompa wrote: I am hoping someone can suggest a good vegetarian baby cook book I have one called simple natural food whichs is good but it only has a few great recipes.
