Guest guest
I've made the corned 'beef' seitan from www.vegan-food.com. It was very yummy. It's even pink - from beet juice! Other than that I've just made herbed potatoes (cook till soft but not mushy - like they'd be for potato salad). Add your fav. vegan margarine, parsley, stir. (I also add dill and parsley sometimes). If you overcook the potatoes, you get herbed mashed potatoes, which is still really yummy. That's all I've got.
