Update on Cracking, Bleeding Hands

Based on a suggestion made by someone in our group, I decided to stop using

" soap " to wash my hands. I had been using Desert Essence's Organic Tea Tree Oil

soap all over my body, except for my face, for years.

On Friday of last week, I decided to use the Aubrey Organics Facial Cleansing

Lotion that I use to clean my face, on my hands.

To make a long story short, my hands feel smooth like my 3-year old's hands!!!!!

I can't believe how much relief I have experienced so quickly. I had been

suffering with cracking, bleeding hands for who knows how long and now

everything's perfect, other than the darkening of my hands due to scarring, but

I'm sure that will go away in time!

Hope this info helps someone else!

That's great that you found what it was that was causing it, and that your

'cure' happened so fast, too!

My husband had quite terrible acne when we first met, several years before we

started dating. I had him stop using soap, I got him an apricot facial

cleanser, and his skin cleared up quite a bit. So it was actually a reaction

to the soap than anything else.

Soap is terrible stuff (for some of us). ;)

Missie

(was not me who suggested it, BTW).
