Guest guest
Hello everyone, I still haven't had time to introduce myself but I sure have been enjoying reading all the messages! I was very interested in the references made to community supported agriculture. As it happens, I was driving to a meeting with colleagues and one of them started talking about this idea of going back to more traditional farming practises etc. I should clarify: I teach at a College in the Faculty of Toursim and Hospitality so more than half of my collegues work in the Chef School. So, there is always talk about food and food related stuff going on! It's fun. Anyway, if anyone knows any links off the top of their head for information on CSA or has any other information on these types of initiatives I would greatly appreciate it. I did a quick search online and forwarded some stuff to my colleague but if you know of any articles or anything that wouldn't come up in a traditional search that would be great! By the way, we are in Canada so would be particularly interested in Canadian data/information but really anything would be helpful. Thanks so much, Paula

Guest guest
Local Harvest (http://www.localharvest.org/) lists CSA's geographically for the US. Perhaps you could search for the Canadian equivalent. I'm sure one must exist! --Allison , PAULA JOHNSON TEW <johnsontew wrote: > > Hello everyone, > > I still haven't had time to introduce myself but I sure have been enjoying reading all the messages! > > I was very interested in the references made to community supported agriculture.
