Guest guest
We made these Italian " Meatball Subs " for dinner this week and everyone loves them, at our house. You can buy the Loma Linda Tender Rounds on Amazon.com and they have free shipping. Just type in Tender Rounds on the search bar. Serve with some baked Sweet Potato Fries and Carrot stick and you have a really yummy meal. Yours to Enjoy, Judy Italian " Meatball " Subs 1 pk of Whole Wheat Sub rolls 1 can of Loma Linda Tender Rounds 1 qt. jar of Spaghetti or Marinara Sauce of your own choice 1 tsp. oregano 1 garlic clove minced 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Drain the Tender rounds and save the gravy that comes with them. I usually freeze it in a Ziploc bag and then add it to soups. Rinse the Tender Rounds and chop in half. Put into a pot with the Spaghetti Sauce/Marinara Sauce, oregano and garlic. Simmer covered for about 10-15 minutes. Stir ocassionally. Open your whole wheat sub roll and spoon the Tender Rounds with Sauce onto one half of the roll and then sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese. Top with the other half of the sub roll. This makes enough for about 6-8 Italian Meatball sub sandwiches.
Guest guest
We make something similar to this with Nates Vegetarian Meatballs and spaghetti sauce and then we sprinkle it with flax oil and nutritional yeast. , " wwjd " <jtwigg wrote: > > We made these Italian " Meatball Subs " for dinner this week and everyone > loves them, at our house. > You can buy the Loma Linda Tender Rounds on Amazon.com and they have free > shipping.
