Guest guest
You can use applesauce or fruit juice concentrate. Try birch sugar- better consistency. Splenda is pretty toxic. I wouldn't be giving it to kids. There is a company that makes mixes that are gluten free, wheat free dairy and egg free. They use unprocessed sugar in some of their products, and some do not have any sugar. The Cravings Place- _www.thecravingsplace.com_ (http://www.thecravingsplace.com) 541-388-BAKE. I just tasted their products and they are delicious. Peace, Laura in MD
Guest guest
Does anyone have a recipe for a cake that has NO: wheat dairy eggs sugar soy I'm not much of a cook and I've found bakeries that will make cakes that satisfy all of the above criteria EXCEPT they have lots of sugar. One suggested splenda - I love the stuff, but I'm not sure I want baby boy to have it yet. What about applesauce or applejuice concentrate as a sweetner? I'd be grateful for any ideas/tried and true recipes. Thanks in advance . . . Wendy Wendy Dean wjlarlington 202.312.3492 (w) Everyone is raving about the all-new Mail. Guest guest
i wouldnt't give any sugar substitute to an adult, much less a child. they are poison. you can try www.vegweb.com/recipes for good vegan cake recipes. most things can be easily substituted too...like you can just trade WW flour for buckwheat or spelt, sugar for any number of better sweeteners, and most of the recipes on this website don't have eggs anyway. good luck! Guest guest
Hi Wendy Unfortunately my bakery doesn't do what you need but you may want to contact Baby Cakes in New York City. I know that they do wheat free, vegan cakes. I don't know about the soy but you could check.
