Guest guest
Yes, the mosquitoes in my area are still nipping! Mosquitoes seem to always gravitate towards me, and when they bite, I swell, itch for days, and end up with a dark circle where I was bitten. Only extremely warm water provides relief for the itching. Natural repellants do not keep them away. The other day, I was bitten on my forehead for the first time ever and didn't want to end up with a dark mark on my face. In desperation, I rubbed some Kyolic liquid garlic that I had in the refrigerator on my forehead and instantly, the swelling went down, the itch went away, and I have no marks on my face! Later that day, my 3-year old was bitten on his neck and back. I tried the liquid garlic on his bites and achieved the same results!!! Guest guest
We use a citronella based bug spray caused Quantum. West Nile is a huge concern where we are (Chicago), so we definitely prefer to not get bit. admartin5 wrote: Yes, the mosquitoes in my area are still nipping! Guest guest
Do you take a B-complex? The B-12 really does help to keep mosquitos away. admartin5 wrote: Yes, the mosquitoes in my area are still nipping! Guest guest
We all do, but it doesn't help me or my 3 year old. The mosquitoes won't even touch my 5 year old! - Renee Carroll Tuesday, October 10, 2006 11:30 AM Re: Garlic and Mosquito Bites Do you take a B-complex?
