Guest guest
For anyone who is not aware of the cruelty involved in wool production, please please, check out www.savethesheep.com . Yes, sheep do have to be shorn. But they are not just shorn casually in a humane manner on commerical wool farms. They are subjected to many of the same atrocities as other factory farmed animals. Like with other commercial uses of animals, what used to be a relatively benign use of animals has become cruel and inhumane in the pursuit of profit and mass production. This is why I will not use wool in any form. > >I don't see what the adversion is to wool. Sheep have to be >sheared every spring regardless.
