Guest guest
its relly easy. cook the lentils till they are good and mushy, about an houror so. (lentils cook really fast for beans, thats why i use them) i use regular flour tortillas and i got the salsa from wally world, it is a pineapple peach chipotle salsa (mild). it s really good. put the beans on the tortilla, salsa on top and then spinach (but not the poisoned kind ..LOL!!) i love it and so do my kids, its pretty filling. you can user ice in them too for a complete protien meal. enjoy!! melissa --- Mary <jmkable wrote: > Can I get the recipe?
