Children develop strong opinions about what they like and do not like to eat at this age, though, so it is important to focus on healthful foods right from the beginning - whether you are a vegetarian or not! " (a good article to forward to your non-vegetarian family and friends :-)... http://www.lalecheleague.org/NB/NBJulAug00p131.html lakshmi rao <laks_class12 wrote: Hi everyone..this last weekend, our son Arnav (who just turned 15 months) and myself were at a birthday party at our friends. My friend served platter of cheese, bread and grapes. There were Cheetos and chips for kids and ofcourse the cake. My son insisted on " grapes " . Since he can;t speak yet, he pointed at it once, twice, thrice and it got to a point of me feeling embarassed...so, i took a bunch, walked out and he finished it....it was soooo hilarious... So, just to test him, i gave him some cheetos and he totally rejected it and went for grapes...so, i grabbed a bunch and went through the same exercise...
