Guest guest
Judy, Try this " Green Under The Sea Shell Pasta Salad " 4 cups shell pasta cooked, drained, and cooled (I like to use both large and small shells mixed) 1 cup frozen french style green beans, cooked until tender, cooled 1/2 cup baby lima beans, cooked until tender, cooled 1 cup frozen/fresh peas , cooked until tender, cooled 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped green onion Optional- 2 tablespoons either sweet or sour pickle relish Dress with 4 tablespoons Veganaise (optional: add 1 teaspoon dried dill weed to Veganaise several hours before dressing salad) It's fun to serve this Under the Sea salad in shell type bowls if you have them.
