Guest guest
Kerry, The book " Becoming Vegetarian " by Brenda Davis, RD and Vesanto Melina, RD, is an excellant book that covers nutrition through the entire life cycle, including pregnancy, infancy, childhood, teen years, adults, and seniors. Because it is relatively recent, and very well written, with authors who are very scientific, I'd get a copy of it and read it. The book is a great nutrition resource, and has a small recipes section with great recipes, too. Amie wrote: >There are 2 messages in this issue. > >Topics in this digest: > > 1.
