Nutritional Yeast

Thanks everyone for all the amazing info on Nutritional Yeast. I

really feel like I have a better understanding of NY and it's purpose

and uses from all the information and advice posted. I'm going to wait

for now as I am still breastfeeding and plan to until at least 18

months. I'll revisit it then and possibly introduce NY at that time.

 

Thanks once again, I love being part of such a vegetarian lifestyle

supportive group.
