Hello, Rosaland. We use the recipe out of the Candle Cafe cookbook; it

is excellent! We recently made it for a group of nonvegetarians and no

one knew that there was tofu in it - when people asked what was in it,

they were surprised (most of these people are also not especially

tofu-friendly). Anyway, it is excellent as is everything in that

cookbook. If you ever get a chance to eat at either Candle Cafe or

Candle 79 in NYC, take it!
