Guest guest Posted March 19, 2006 Report Share Posted March 19, 2006 My copy of the Tasssajara Bread Book went 'missing' with the removalists as I moved house and I am wanting the recipe for pumpernickel which I am sure is in there. It is mostly kibbled rye, a bit of bran, flour and molasses. It bakes for a long time. Can anyone help?
