Guest guest
Hello Everyone, Does anyone have a good smoothie recipe containing (hidden) vegetables to share? I like this one for a kale smoothie from my friend Amy (I think it came from Mothering magazine): 2-3 kale leaves, stalks removed 3/4 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup soymilk 1 frozen banana Unfortunately, this is the only one I have! I have put carrots in regular fruit smoothies, but I need some more ideas! Barbara
Guest guest
You can add raw cabbage to most smoothies. You can also add some juice concentrate along with soy or rice milk and more juice, to add more flavor and hide the veggies. The kale smoothie sounds good. I will have to try it. Good luck!
