Guest guest Posted February 22, 2006 Report Share Posted February 22, 2006 1 package Morning Star " Chicken Strips " chopped garlic olive oil dried thyme steamed veggies...I use broccoli and zucchini 1 box pasta Lightly fry strips in olive oil with as much garlic and thyme as you like...I just throw it in there...a lot. Stir occassionally. I fry until the strips are lightly golden. Meanwhile I steam the veggies in the microwave and cook the pasta. Throw it all together, and that's it.
