Guest guest
IA couple of times I tried making soy milk in my VitaMix using soybeans. It seemed like I devoted too much effort to obtain a cup of milk when it came to straining the milk through the cheesecloth. I've never used cheesecloth before so maybe I just wasn't using the right techniqueto separate the pulp from the liquid. Does anyone have any helpful hints on how to extract liquid from the pulp? I'm willing to try making the soy milk again! Also, just in case nothing will make the extraction easier, I would be interested in any recommendations for a soymilk maker. Thanks!
