Here's the simple recipe from Tasty Vegan Delights: 1 1/2 cups barley flakes 2/3 cup chopped dates 1 14 oz. can crushed pineapple 1/4 tsp. salt (I omit this and it is still good) 3 cups pineapple juice Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for about 50 minutes. ______________________ ______________________ You are very welcome.
