omg! we made these yesterday with protein powder ( a brand called alive,

which has tons of green foods in them , which made them sort of green, but we

put lots of blueberries in them, so they were more blue anyway!)

plus, I used 2 cups of whole wheat pastry flour instead of mixing a white

and wheat. We I also had no blackstrap molasses, but used regular molasses.

They were phenomenal! My 3 yr old had 3 of them yesterday before I made

him stop! He and my one year old had them for breakfast and loved them!

Plus: my son loved making them with me, since I got out the potato masher

and let him mash the bananas!
