My kids love mini muffins, but so far they will only eat the non-bran variety. Does anyone have healthy recipes for blueberry, orange-cranberry, poppy seed, whatever, they they would like to share? Thanks so much!! ______________________ ______________________ You could try to let him look through a couple of vegan cook books and pick some things from them to try. Peaceable Kingdom is very graphic. I did not allow my 8 yo to watch it but she is very sensitive and would have had nightmares for weeks. My 11 yo watched it with me and we both cried. Perhaps, if you want to get it, you can watch it first to see if it would upset him too much. All the junk food in the house does not contain any milk or eggs (maybe honey but we are still working on that). I keep veggie burgers in the freezer and always have organic potatoes because he loves mashed potatoes (with soy milk and margarine). I think having him help plan the meals is a good idea. We might be eating a lot of veggie burgers and potatoes in the beginning but we have to start somewhere. I've never heard of the video Peaceable Kingdom. Would it be suitable for a 9 yr old? Where could I get a copy? Thanks Christine Carol Sobczak owner Jewels of the Earth Vegan Baking vegetarian baked goods for all occasions jewelsoftheearthveggiebaking Relax.
