I'm hoping someone will be able to give me some advice on how to avoid

stomach upsets while travelling down south. The last time we went we did not

find food a problem as we stuck to the pasta bar, breads, fries and fresh

fruit. Not the healthiest but it worked for a week. However, both my then 3

year old and myself were slightly unwell-cramps and frequent trips to the

toilet the whole time. My son also ran a low grade fever. We followed all

the standard don't drink the water advice. The only thing we did do was

drink water, watered down juice and fruit that had been on ice in the dining

room at the resort. No where else.

I'd really like to avoid that this time. I have heard that taking

grapefruitseed extract both before and during was effective. A girl at a hfs

also recommended adding oxygen drops to our water? If anyone has any

experience with this or any advice will they please let me know.

TIA, Madeline
