I used to run a health food store, and we had a lot of interest in the book and diet. We felt the Hallelujah Diet did help (at least) some people with health problems, but so many of these were people whose diets needed cleaning up anyway! (Read: meat, dairy and junk food eaters!)When you take out those toxins, there should indeed be a healthy improvement. We felt the people involved with this were on the level. We had a weekly radio call-in show and we featured the fellow who heads it now many times (can't remember his name). Barley Green is a great green powder drink, but it is pricey. There are several others just as good at a lower price. Check out the ingredients to be sure you know what you're getting. Or go to a good health food store and ask what they recommend.
