school assignment

I am so annoyed with my daughters science teacher. They are doing a section on

nutrition. The assignment for tonight homework is to make a menu from a list of

items. Of course, the dinner has no vegan option. I think it was roasted

chicken or fried chicken. Yuck! We would never eat any of thoe things. So, I

told my daughter to put down tofu stirfry and that I would write a note to the

teacher. I am going to tell her that I would be happy to come in and talk about

vegan nutrition.
