A Thanksgiving option?

First off, this product isn't vegan, so you can skip this post if you are vegan.

 

I just found two new Morningstar Farm products this past weekend. One is a

lentil and rice loaf and the other is a 9 bean loaf. I bought both, but have

only cooked the lentil. I think it's delicious, although my 5 yr old son didn't

agree. It would make a nice entree to go with mashed potatoes, a veg. gravy,

etc. I always have a problem when I make mashed potatoes about what to serve.

I did not make a gravy, but that would go really well with it. Word of warning,

it takes an hour and a half to cook!. I had no idea when I decided to have it

for dinner last night. It wasn't done until well after my son's bedtime

(obviously, I figured this out when I put it in the oven and made him something

else). But I put a slice in the microwave tonight for a few seconds, and it was

good reheated as well.
