Guest guest Posted April 5, 2006 Report Share Posted April 5, 2006 -Donna, For lunch today I sauteed portebellos and tofu slices and all I can taste are the wonderful flavors of each of them..No coconut taste. I used the same amt. of coconut oil as I would have used olive oil. Worked great. Didn't get too hot had no problem with the food sticking to my iron skillet.
