Christie Red Dragon Pie (in the files under quiches and pies)

Hi Christie - I couldn't find the adzuki beans,I used the pink beans

2 weeks ago. My family really enjoyed it and they are very picky. I

had to add a Mexican touch so I took a can of diced mild green chilies

and added those to the mashed potatoes. When I made the filling I

added a minced fresh jalapeno pepper. My Mom even asked me for the

recipe. She couldn't believe this came all the way from Scotland via

the Internet and then to her table. Can you tell she doesn't use the
