Nice to see you posting, I wanted to say I made your Red Dragon Pie this past weekend. What a flavorful dish. Before I topped it with mashed potatoes, I mashed the potatoes with roasted garlic and then stirred some caramelized onions into them. I will be making this again for family or an event at work. That has been such a well-received recipe with everyone making their own additions to it! I haven't made it for ages so I shall put it on the menu for this weekend. I love the idea of roasted garlic in the mashed potatoes.
