My Introduction----

I am a single male, 55, living in Los Angeles. COOKING is my hobby and

I'm a GOURMET VEGETARIAN CHEF...with no one to cook for. I am a

Conservationist & Environmentalist and I feel Passionately about the

health of the Planet!

 

I am active in the vegetarian community and am known as Veggie Eddie.

I am a 20-year practicing Nichiren Buddhist. I am founder and

President of the Buddhist Vegetarian Society.

 

Writing is my greatest passion and I'm presently writing a book on the

Natural Laws of Eating as well as another book entitled, " The Buddha

is a Vegan " .
