Guest guest Posted April 4, 2006 Report Share Posted April 4, 2006 Parmesan Asparagus 1 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) 3 TB lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Place asparagus on a 10'' x 15 " jelly roll baking pan and drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
