Guest guest
@@@@@ Chupa's Quick Microwave 'Fried' Rice 1 cup cooked brown rice handful of julliened carrots (buy them that way in package) handful of chopped sweet onion handful of frozen peas (rinsed in cold water but not cooked) handful of chopped red, yellow, orange bell pepper hanful of baby spinach Put the veggies in bottom of large microwave safe bowl. Pour rice on top. Sprinkle with a tablespoon or so of water. Cover the bowl with a plate. Microwave (600 watts) for three mins. Toss with a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Eat with consciousess. ChupaNote: I always have the above items in my fridge. Every couple of days I chop up veggies, put them in seperate compartments or baggies. This meal takes 5 mins to make, no fat, no cholesterol. Add beans, soy, whatever tickles your palate. If you are microwave averse, use a steamer.
