I have three doggies, one beta (2 others just died...old age) and a fish pond

with a waterfall in the back yard. We just restocked the pond with goldfish.

Last fall a raccoon got into the pond and killed/ate 30 of our fish.

Hopefully, he won't come back. My yard is a Wildlife Sanctuary. I have several

dozen different kinds of birds and I have several squirrels with nesting boxes.

the boxes currently have babies in them. I'm enjoying seeing all the

migratory birds coming back. I just got all the hummingbird feeders filled and

placed

around the property. They should be returning soon from Texas, and the

flowers and shrubs they feed on haven't bloomed yet. I even have a resident

hawk

and a barn owl living in my pine trees.
