Pico de Gallo 3 ripe big tomatoes, diced 1 onion, diced 4 serrano or 3 jalapeno chiles, sliced thin juice of a whole lime salt and pepper (I always add cilantro to mine) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
