I wanted to know if you have knowledge of an herbal tea that would help swollen

feet and ankles. I stand and sit much of the day and when I get home I'm

exhausted and my ankles are a little swollen. I never have this problem on

weekends and I don't eat an excess of salt either.

Thanking you for any information you can provide and I wish you a

very special day!

As a former chef, I used to have this problem also, with the addition of painful

calf muscles and night leg cramps. Part of the solution is to walk about as

much as you can, even pacing with help with circulation. Another necessity is a

shoe with good arch support. Keeping well hydrated is essential - your liquid

ins and outs should be roughly equal. I have found tonic water particularly

helpful in preventing the cramps.
