Do you just use the knife on sushi? GB zester and other kitchen gadgets I think I have that same type zester. It will even grate hard nutmeg and your knucle too if you aren't careful...LOL Now I take the grater over the whisk any old day! Oh, and my sushi knfie, that thing is sharpe but does it ever work.
