Brussels Sprouts

I'll have to make this. I think my 11 year old is quite possibly the only

child in the world who asks for brussel sprouts for a bedtime snack. AmyF

Not for a bedtime snack, lol, but my kids fight over them at dinner. Our fave

is roasted brussels sprouts. Beth

Obviously a very intelligent child!!!

My favorite way to eat brussel sprouts as a kid (and

now, still a kid inside!) was to stick my fork in the

stem end and peel ( with the lips) off one leaf at a

time. was facinated with how neatly the leaves

overlapped and looked so much like a cabbage but

tasted soooo much better.
