Hi, Lawanna and thanks for the welcome! Sorry my reply is belated, but

I've been doing the digest and have had a few to catch up on.

I know what you mean about wondering what the children of these people

making the poor food and health choices are learning and thinking is

normal. One of my hopes is that when and if my sons get married that

they will be lucky enough to find partners with healthy attitudes toward

food. And of course that they will have children and live close by so I

can see my grandkids often!

Thanks again for the welcome! I have your recipe for the creamy skillet

cabbage copied and ready to try this evening. I love cabbage...and

broccoli and brussels sprouts. I also have your recipe for the hungarian

paprika potatoes copied. I'm going to have to figure out a filing system

for all these pages and pages of tempting recipes I'm acquiring!

How about the deep fried Twinkies? I know about 65 % of my coworkers

head for the soda machine at 7am. and so many smoke.

I feel so sad when I witness this but it's their choice, I can't help

but wonder what they are feeding their children.

I haven't had time to join the group lately, welcome to our special

group family!

Lawanna
