Guest guest Posted March 31, 2006 Report Share Posted March 31, 2006 We have a small lunch place not far from home and they had a wonderful dish made with Anasazi beans, rice, curry, and then the standard fillers such as celery, carrots, salt and pepper. It made a delightful light lunch served with a piece of homemade yummy bread and a pat of butter. You could just make up the proportions which is what I have done at home...knowing that the owner of the place would NOT want to share her recipes.
