Very excited to be a part of this group as I'm always looking for new and delish recipes. My fave way to start the day is with a delicious fruit smoothie made with O.J., protein powder (I use the Vanilla Whey kind), a tablespoon of peanut butter, frozen fruit (I tend to use strawberries, blueberries and raspberries) and no fat yogurt. Put all the ingredients in the blender and in less than a minute - delicious and nutritious. This is a great way for any veggie body builders or fitness enthusiasts to start their workout.
