From all the posts I see, it really looks like an active and fun group (for a change :-)). I have been vegetarian for most my adult life and vegan for the past several years. I should also mention that I am RAW more times than not. I also have a Y360 page, and should anyone have a bad case of insomnia, come say hello as my blogs are medically certified sleep aids..:-) Thanks again, and I hope to be able to contribute something of value and I know I will learn from you all too!
