Guest guest Posted March 29, 2006 Report Share Posted March 29, 2006 Baby Greens and Mandarin Salad 1 bag (10 oz.) mixed baby greens 1 can mandarin oranges, drained 1/4 English or European seedless cucumber, thinly sliced 2 TB rice wine or white wine vinegar 2 tsp. sugar 3 TB vegetable oil 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil 2 TB sesame seeds, for garnish Salt and ground black pepper Combine greens, oranges and cucumber in a large salad bowl. In a small bowl, combine vinegar and sugar. Whisk in vegetable oil and sesame oil. Pour dressing over salad. Lightly toss. Add sesame seeds, salt and pepper and toss again. Serves: 4.
